Reflective Training Network (RTN)
Self-directed learning
RTN is a group of learners working to build mastery in Reflective Psychotherapy and/or Motivational Interviewing. There is no cost to join and you are not required to participate in any activities. You may participate entirely online. You track your activities on the Tracking Sheet. The amount of time that you put in and the measurable development of skill that you achieve helps you advance from Beginner, through Intermediate and Advanced levels of RP/MI Mastery (see Training Curricula, below). As you advance, your expertise and experience enable you to teach and lead within the network.

Active Member = You have scored a role-play and uploaded a role-play this month
Member = You have not scored or uploaded this month, but you previously uploaded role-plays that are still helping others learn.
